Not happy
I've placed an order with Thirdbase Urban on the 24th November.it was picked up by the courier Pargo on the 27th until today still no parcel no nothing..Thirdbase is not taking responsibility they are telling me to call Pargo as if I ordered with Pargo.they don't care about their customers.it was my first and last order with them..I won't recommend them to anyone

Gstar and FedEx are ******
The run around I get from Gstar 😡😡It's their word again Fedex.fedex says they have sent them an email regarding my missing shipment and they have not rep****.on the other side Gstar is telling me that they didn't receive an email from FedEx therefore they can't refund me without a mail from FedEx..this is totally bull.i didn't order from FedEx I ordered with Gstar and they are not even willing to help me without a mail from FedEx.how pathetic 🤮

Poor service
FedEx has been holding my parcel from Amsterdam since the 12th July..when I track it its in Johannesburg..I called the customer care line they hang up my calls,I have sent an email no response.Big brands should stop using there services they are failing them and they will lose customers

Happy customer
Went to dine at Baobab Wonderboom.The service is amazing. The staff is friendly and goes an extra mile to make you happy. The table set up is great especially the lights they use at night.One doesn't have to wait too long for food which is great.Staff keeps on checking on you to check if you are satisfied with your food.I love the fact that you can also dine outside with a nice view..The place is so clean and beautiful. BIG UPS..

Hotel review
This far the best hotel I have been to in Gauteng.The staff is very patient and the process of booking with them is so easy.The room exceeded our expectations it was beyond perfect...the food yummy. I didn't know what to eat in the morning 😅 almost took some home. Looking forward to booking with them again
