I purchase a Jean at Thirdbase Urban but the size was wrong and I went back to credit the item and a voucher was given they refuse to give me my money back . Now I’m struggling to redeem the voucher , firstly the store at Menlyn is close currently, I went to Atterbury and when I get there they want the original credit receipt whereby the Menlyn staff they ask me to take a picture and bring it to redeem it now I had to drive from Centurion to Atterbury and they refuse to help me after I have phoned them that can I redeem a voucher that was given to me from Menlyn store and Thapelo from Atterbury told me it’s possible. The store manager printed the receipt but still they refused to assist cause the printed receipt shows the Atterbury details and not Menlyn . They ask me to go home and take the receipt and come back again so that they can able to assist. I was told Centurion is not far I can go and come back .

Made a purchase 2 weeks ago untill to this day I have not received my order… no communication whatsoever but they claim to deliver within 2 to working days .

Last week i purchased CK bru's only to find out the other one is an extra large but was written a meduim and now this people arent responding back to return it , there is no way i can wear that big thing that wasnt designed properly. So dissapointed with this people selling wrong things to the customers.

On 22 September 2023 I bought a Replay sneaker costing R1,749.00. My problem is within 4 months the sneakers skin was was damaged 💔 and according to my inspection it looks like a factory fault. I logged a call with them they sent a courier guy to collect it for inspection the kept quet for days until I asked.The response was that they can't help me because it happened after 3 months. This is really painful when I buy branded expensive shoe from a professional shop like Thirdbaseurban only to wear it for couple of day then damaged, what is the different between them and the street ? Bought 4 t shirts on the 30th on thirdbase urban online shop and they sent me 2 pargo tracking numbers. One arrived on the on the 1st of February and there was only 1 t shirt inside. The second tracking number never updated and on the 6th when i try to track it on pargo it says it cant be found. So i was basically ****med out of 3 t shirts by these people, think twice before buying from them rather go to more reputable shops. They have terrible customer service I tried calling them the number keeps dropping, sent emails they never rep****. I regret buying from them

In September i purchased Calvin Klein underwear and WOW Im starting to believe that they sell **** products to online buyers and the originals in store. First when I received my order I opened the package and found that the one panty was thorn I couldn’t return it cause my daughter removed the tag. It’s only been two months but the threads are shredding and the elastic is now exposed. I’m certain this is **** cause I have purchased Calvin Klein and this has never happened

I've placed an order with Thirdbase Urban on the 24th November.it was picked up by the courier Pargo on the 27th until today still no parcel no nothing..Thirdbase is not taking responsibility they are telling me to call Pargo as if I ordered with Pargo.they don't care about their customers.it was my first and last order with them..I won't recommend them to anyone
