I bought wine and chips and immidiatley requested to change address and they refused they therefore cancelled my order but refusing to refund me, I want to know where did my money go as i am stil awaiting refund.
Last week i purchased CK bru's only to find out the other one is an extra large but was written a meduim and now this people arent responding back to return it , there is no way i can wear that big thing that wasnt designed properly. So dissapointed with this people selling wrong things to the customers.
I went to Pep on Sunday at 5;30 to purchase a phone, I called a lady called Vivian to come and assist me with phone specs and she said she doesn't know the specs, they don't train them about the products. Angry as she was that I want to buy a phone I asked her which phone has space and a better phone perhaps because I needed a phone with space and fast she continued to say she didn't know. Because of desperation of a phone I just chose a phone because doors were closing etc, I purchased the phone, no one explain terms and conditions to me whatsoever because they are in a hurry for us to leave. As I go next door just to ask around about phone, a consultant at game explains that the phone I purchased is not good for whatever I need in a phone, but too late to rerun it as the Pep store was closed. I came back first thing after church the following day to get a refund and go buy a phone from game, the assistant manger refused to refund me saying she can exchange the phone but I kept explaining to her that game has a special and she said wait let me try get hole of manager, manger Eunice says to us we must go do whatever else we came to do and come back for further assistance, we did that when we go back she is no longer there we fine another manger Mahlatsi or Lungisani not sure of the names but then she refuses to assist us and further hushed us and tells us that we are lying about what I was saying about the phone and that she won't refund the phone I must just come back when manger is on duty on Tuesday, I have never ever in my entire life received such ridiculous service and attitude with a bunch of people that don't know what they are doing. I became hopeless and left the store as angry and fuming as I was without any assistance. Now I am forced to use this phone that is slow against my will, it is slow to charge, it is slow just to open Google not to talk about searching, 😤😮💨🤯🤯🤯🤯😥😢. I just want a working phone with speed efficiency xha.
I have nt had network for more than two weeks and logged a query but no one contacted me. I want to cancel the service and no one is trying to assist me but they deducted money from my account. I am not happy at all.
I have been unemployed for over 2 years but made an arrangement to pay and I am paying, but wesbank keep letting people harras me everyday. Yesterday and last week I was called by a very rude consultant and advised her to call me back around 4pm because I couodnt be on phone she dropped phone on me she then did the same thing again. I want to obviously hear why I deserve this harassment from Wesbank but I never get a call back at the right time. Two months ago I was verbally and physically abused by a guy who said they were event by Wesbank to take my vehicle in the streets. My son was ao traumatized as the man came forcefully to me and telling to give him the car in the middle of a mall. I had to get in and drive off and they chaced me imagine if I had an accident with a child. Wesbank is the worst place to take finance for your vehicles. Rather buy cars cash and also on second hand because it's safer that way, I almost died with ny son I will never again ever use this services after using them from 2008.
Since October 2021 u have been complaining about the money this people they take out of contract, I have come to a point where I list my cool now, double deducting while I specifically told them I can't afford this type of mistakes now I gotta owe my bank and other contracts. Absolutely ridiculous, all they care about is money not ao much the customer. I would like to have my money asap like as in yesterday.
I started storing my things with this company from last year October, and it has since been a Rollercoaster of inconsistency with my account not being up to date, being over charched until I walked into their office personally to fix the problem mid Jan. Now there is a new problem of not accessing my things at the storage which I didn't see on the contract, most of the times of the misunderstandings it's either because the sales rep forgot or missed to send me an email but he confidently can come and put it on me. I now need very important documents in my storage but I am not allowed access , what type of storage place is this I am absolutely ridiculed and upset, looking for a new storage place with convenience and better customer service.
I lost my job 2020/ 06 and kept made a retrenchment request which I was paying for and the bank refused to pay for whatever reason, in my statement they are still deducting that even though the insurance even though they could not assist with my retrenchment. I continued paying vehicle with my savings until December, I called and made arrangements to pay whatever I can which I do, but today I get a call from a lawyer to come and pick up my vehicle that I paid for the past 4 years, what about all this years I have been paying without skipping a month, what about the fact that the vehicle is only left with 50 grand from 250 000, the banks treat us very very unfairly I must say. So going forward one should just not buy a vehicle with a bank at all including their stuff that has attitude when they talk to you. I am extremely disappointed 😞😔
We for the first time ordered with Adidas as Nike is our brand but my sons boots were supposed to have arrived day before yesterday they lied to us and said there was an address issue. Till today after we called and gave them the same address on the order no boots wow.
I am writing this review again after I put down a claim in July and no one ever contacted me and assisted. Today i get a text from IUA BUSINESS, informing me that my claim for retrenchment was declined and no one even CALLED to tell me the reason what so ever. So I wanna know how does Wesbank employ Hollard to take my money for many years and now that i need help with paying the vehicle after having 3 vehicles through them and never claimed for over +-8 years what nerve do you even have to give me the run arounds of calling IUA for two months who never returns no ones emails nor contact you. I am very annoyed and dont want anything to do with all three businesses I don't know what is the relationship but for the 1st time in my life after 15 years have i ever not had a job and only because of this pandemic. So i would nicely like my car to be paid by whoever has been taking my money for insurance for however period it is supposed to be and i would like you guys to deal directly with your customers as you have loads of 3rd parties who are not doing their jobs, the uia business solutions is the most useless company ever, how can you not even once call someone to tell them that the application was received, is being processed, the outcome in 2 and a half months, what type of chinese business are they running. Please Hollard and Wesbank you can do better than that, you are respectable to other people but this paying out insurance is not good for the business at all. I personally would remember not to take any cover with Hollard because of the 3rd part, i would rather go to Nedbank than come back to Wesbank. I am really disappointed and my car is in arrears, alternatively return all the monies i have been paying over the years PLEASE. Can you let me know why i should only contact you in 3 months as per your text? And why cant you find me on your system every time i call? But every month money is taken.
