Very poor experience and I would never ever go to any premier hotels nor recommend anyone. I checked in at sea point premier hotel and they gave my room to another person while I booked 2 months before and confirmation was done, upon getting here worse my booking was not appearing for check in and had to book in manually, over and above I was allocated an incorrect room worse of it I had to wait for them to clean the room while we are being offered food that has no taste, tables dirty, flies everywhere and to be even more disappointed with the rooms not being throughly cleaned. We had to call other hotels in cpt unfortunately they are fully booked. I was willing to rebook somewhere or even return back to jhb. This is like a 2 star hotel or even 1. I’ve been to premier in JHB and wow the standard and food are good and I never thought I’ll come across such. Never ever will I. I’m actually requesting my money back
I’m utterly disgusted by the service given by this hotel in Randburg. I should have seen it coming because it started on Thursday when i made a booking with Yvonne and when I followed up my booking was not registered on the system. I spoke to the manager Emmanuel and he tried to assist me with making reseversations, I booked for the century package and got a separate quote to include my son. After his email I specifically asked him to call me to articulate the response. We agreed the package will be for a couple and my child will be quoted separate for both nights. I got here same story he’s not available and there’s a new manager Mike who completely tells me my package cannot be accommodated for 2 nights while I had a lengthy conversation with Emmanuel the whole of Friday. I checked in and im supper disgusted why even continued with this booking. The stuff here suffers with communication and articulation problem, I went to Glenburn I never experienced the very same problem. After coming back from the massage Mike says the deal excludes dinner for my son he spoke to Emmanuel. Im exhausted and I keep getting stories twisted all the time. Now Mike has left I speak to another manager called Faith who is standing in on behalf of Mike the story changes again not only now do I need to pay for dinner for son but for breakfast for both nights. I will never ever again come this place and I refuse to pay because everything was cleared up. The decency of all them to let me know they won’t be in at work after speaking to them it’s disrespectful. I’m not sure if the leadership here understands the people that they have employed. I regret paying so much money. I went to Balaika is Sandton the service is eceptional and I’m pleading to people to never ever book here. I’m shattered considering I took my hubby out here to unwind after burying his father last week but all I’m doing is explaining and sorting out admin issues, I’m supposed to be here resting but I’m extremely disappointed
It's unfortunate that you try so much to go out of your way to give the company a chance to rectify however its been 3 weeks till to date there's no feedback. I purchased a TV and its had problems in less than 3 months and I have been going from pillar to post to get a refund even though their specialists have reviewed and seen that the TV needs to be written off. I was given a ticket no and I spoke to a consultant called Martinique who promised me that she will have everything resolved in less than a week even till to date I'm still not assisted. I called again last week and they told me a manager called Dineo will call me but as usual its how they service their customers no one comes back to you. I will never ever buy this brand no wonder I stick to LG they are best, I regret why I even decided to buy it. I have never seen such a terrific and horrible customer experience and it looks like they represent the brand very well since it could not last. I hope this will caught someone's attention so that I can get my money back, I'll be expecting your call.
I received an upgrade package in August and after they connected the signal was not clear and my other recorder was no longer working. I called on the 11th of August spoke to Kgomotso reference no 38665757 I explained to her and she said she will follow up and call me. Till today I have not received any call or nor any response from DSTV. I have been a long-standing customer for more than 20years but this is the treatment I still get. No wonder why people are no longer using it and I thought I'm still a loyal customer. I kept making payment irrespective of the current circumstances that my other recorder is not working. Today I find myself in a situation where all services have been disconnected, I called them and they are telling me I owe. My monthly subscription is 900 and I pay 1100 meaning I'm supposed to have credit in my account. I'm so livid where I am and I regret having this so-called DSTV. I'm on a call with your consultant and he's telling me I'm owing, how am I owing if you owe me credit. On top of that he does not want to hear my consent instead wants to escalate my query to his manager who will come back to me after a century. Reference no 47355273-I699. I first placed and order on Saturday and paid immediately and then the follow day i got a notification that the order has been cancelled due to the no payment being received. I call them and they decided to credit it back on my takealot account. i placed an order this was on Monday and i was told to expect delivery on Wednesday. Wednesday in the evening i got a notification that there did not find anyone however they never attempted to come because its a business address i used and no one from takealot arrived, same apllies yesterday and the consultant called me and said she will reschedule till today i'm still waiting. To my suprise today the receptionist sends me an update and advised the driver came to drop your delivery and said he's going to fetch it at the ba*****t and he's coming and its been more than 3 hours he still didnt come back in the same building. i'm so disgusted and i havent seen thing like this, you guys are crooks and lie
Poor service provided and everyone keeps saying I will come back to you every time I log a ticket or call. I applied for a price lock 4 months ago and everyone keeps telling me it has been approved however till today still nothing. When I follow up I was told it's on the delivery dept but not sure what's the delay, I logged a ticket again and i was told the same thing and the consultant promised to call be back but they never did till today and DSTV wonders why customers cancel and move. if i had unlimited data i would cancel dstv competely and netflix
this has been well played, we are aware that their response will always protect their image. the above has been said to clear their conscious however the law shall take its course, We regret using this insurance but on thing they must not forget nobody is above the law and there was brands like kodak and other companies. once upon a time Hybrid will be the past, you forget customers who made you and builded you while you started and had no one same customers will break you. I have escalated to the minister and ombudsman for a further review, the call recordings have been tempered with. The truth shall be revealed
Good day I would personally like to give thank Thabo lucky Sehlako. The kind of service he has provided to me does not exist anymore in the world. My awesome experience was also the smile on his call, the patience and the way he articulates things. It was my frist hearing a consultant's greeting says how can I make you smile today - this brings sunshine and not only on what you are looking for but also your personal journey. <p>It really sadness me when you are a loyal citizen pay your premiums and you extend your loyalty by ensuring if there's any changes to your premium you notify. This so called house insurance that companies like hybrid sells to attract customers and meet the sales revenue and following protocol is utterly disgusting. My hubby has been with this insurance for more than 4 years and has never claimed. All of a sudden he claims for house breaking and now he is not compensated because the agent who was assisting him is not trained enough. Does not have listening skills and is not professional enough to assist, I wonder how many people are insured with Hybrid and they are aware of this. IF you are with Hybrid please note the calls are being edited so even if you request the recording the delete important information. The stuff is not trained enough to assist you as a customer to the best of your ability. I wonder if consumer act is aware how we are being treated as customers and what is our protection. Anyone working at SA Consumer Act kindly advise. I have escalated this case to Ombudsman - NB Anyone using Hybrid do yourself a favour and find yourself insurance that cares about people and that will not edit your conversations and go against your word and that will not give you stuff that are not qualified to become experts consultants - you will pay but you will not be assisted. Run for your life if you choose to stay you will remember me and when it happens calls me I'll give you a way forward advise legally where to go and how the govt will assist you. This is a daylight robbing game and I'm not here to donate. Consider moving to other insurances if you want peace of mind.</p>
i am utterly disgusted and very sad that i took my last money and bought this expensive pillars and now they are breaking my neck. i was hoping to get comfort and peaceful sleep but what a waste of my money. it is sad in south africa when you support companies and business and after the sale they do not care about you. i bought them at the continental linel warehouse in woodmead, the manager refuses to take them back, refund or exchange. i was told to contact the head office, i called them and spoke to a rude lady called Natasha and when i asked for her surname or to speak to the manager she refused. She only asked to take my contact details and telephone number and till today she did not get back me actually no one did. i'm very frustrated and angry - please please do not buy from them or their products its contour foam pillows
