If there was an option for a zero rating I would give them, because they don't even deserve the 1 rating. It’s 3 weeks now waiting for Vox to activate our home fibre. When you call you are number 50 on the queue, then you try their WhatsApp channel and still no assistance. This is really frustrating.
We are so frustrated, we have been waiting for our home fibre to be activated for 2 weeks. When I follow up, I'm being sent to pillar to post. It’s so annoying because we work remotely and now we are stuck without connection. The funny thing is that they are not even installing anything, its just a reactivation because we still have everything.
Afrihost is the worst. We have been without network ever since we signed up, when we asked for assistance we were told that technicians cannot be assigned to router problems. Now I had to be turned an IT technician over night. The lack of fibre assistance from this company is repulsive.

We are not happy with the treatment we got during our application process at Curro Krugersdorp. We felt very undermined. Im not sure if it’s a racial thing or they just don’t think black people can afford their fees. Which doesn’t make sense because who in their great minds would apply for something they can’t afford??? If the school was not convenient, we would find our child another school.
If you're a woman who is planning to have a family, please stay away from Bonitas, BonEssential select medical aid plan. It is the most stressful plan ever. Whoever decides on hospital and specialist networks, decides on them from the top of their heads. Does it make sense to you to have a gynae at another hospital and then the hospital be different. I went through the same thing in 2021, and I thought they would at least come to their senses, but still nothing has changed. I chose a gynae at Netcare Olivedale hospital because I don't have a car and it's the closest and most convenient for me with a Uber. Again they are telling me about co-payments? Whose fault is it that they can't use their brains to think ? On top of that the scans are 2 and I have to pay R1000 every time I visit the gynae, and now I must stress about co-payments. They are frustrating , you will never enjoy your pregnancy, because it's stress after stress.
I’m back to the struggle of obtaining my hospital authorisation for my delivery. My medical aid plans network does not have Netcare Olivedale Hospital , but the gynaecologists are at Olivedale Hospital, which makes so sense at all. I guess I’m back to having a stressful pregnancy, because in 2021, I had the same problem, to my surprise the medical aid has not yet rectified their networks. They are not properly thought out to be honest.
My sister got ****** by guys in a car. They got away with her phone. She then went to Vodacom at Ferndale on Republic to do a sim swap, since she had flagged the phone , because someone tried doing a sim swap before. When she got to Vodacom the sales assistant was so rude to her. She requested 5 numbers that she frequently calls. Where is she going to get numbers from ? Also, we live in a world where we use social media for communication. Her phone was on when they snatched it, all her information is on her phone. Those ********s had access to her accounts and when she tried explaining to the assistant, she did not care. Shown no remorse. The sad thing is that my sister had her ID, police case and every document, but that evil lady did not care. So she had to go back and look for numbers, sleep with her accounts exposed to ********s because of some evil shop assistant. Today, on the 30th of May 2023, she went back. We had tried to look for numbers, but the entire shop did not care. No one was willing to assist. They have attitude.
UWC has the worst Post Graduate assistance. On their online application form they made the academic record to be optional, so you would assume they have ways of acquiring the transcript for verification purposes. Then you get rejected for not uploading the document. When you try to get assistance on how to upload the missing documents, you get Pumla Nohaji who is extremely rude with so much attitude. I don’t even know what her role at the institution is, but it’s really people like her who ruin institutions with their stinking attitude. She is so condescending and ****y in her responses. Now you can’t even fight her because you don’t know if she will sabotage your application. I’ve received the worst experience from her and all I wanted to do was further my studies, but her attitude makes me even regret reaching out for assistance.
