I have not used Netflorist for some time due to previous bad experiences but decided to give them a try for a Valentine's delivery for the 12th of February 2026, again another failure. Order was delivered but short one chocolate. It was supposed to be 2 chocs! I contacted the Customer Care line and still waiting to find out why the order was short delivered. I know that it is just a slab of chocolate missing but I paid for that slab, hence it should have been delivered with the order. Customer Care wanted photos of the delivery, which I asked the recipient to send, and I forwarded the photos to Netflorist but still no word back from them. Is this how Netflorist operates, short delivers orders! Very disappointing
Totally gross, I bought a half lamb pack for R777.85 for a braai function on 6th February and when preparing the meat to braai, I came across a number of chops that smelt really, really bad and were slimy. I could not rush back to Pick and Pay to exchange so I landed up throwing them away as I had no more time as I needed to feed people. It was disgusting, the smell seemed to linger forever. Pick n Pay Longbeach Mall; you need some supervision in your butchery as this was not on and so embarrassing!
Absolutely **********. Sent me a message my parcel was out for delivery last week to my business address. Driver calls close to 7pm to deliver but said my company was closed, yes company was closed at that time! Received another message a few days later to say it was out for delivery, no-one pitched, then today message update is that the address is inaccurate although a driver was at my address last week. We receive daily deliveries to this address and I have previously had 6 orders delivered from Temu to the exact same address on my profile! Customer Service is shocking but I guess they don't care! It is such a pity that Temu use Skynet as their service provider. Buffalo was far better and orders arrived timeously. Bad reflection on Temu aswell.

Amazing service. Bought yesterday and today it was delivered. I haven't used the item yet as it is a birthday gift but I am blown away with the service. Received updates constantly until it was delivered. Well done to Pizza Braai, can't wait for my husband to open his gift and of course use it. Other companies should take a feather from your cap. Ordering process and delivery was top notch.
Most unhelpful, been trying to get an invoice for a co-payment for weeks now so that I can claim back from GAP cover but wow, these people just don't help. All I ask for is the actual co-payment invoice, of which I am entitled to. They clearly don't care, which is concerning. I am sure if I owed them money they would be hounding me! Very disappointing and quite shocking that they cannot provide a simple invoice for a payment that was made.
Hollywoodbets, you need to check your games as they freeze! I play 5 Treasures and every time the pots fill to the top the game freezes and you have to start again. When you start again, the pot is empty. Let’s have some fair play here or is this just another con!
They give Woolworths a BAD NAME. I received a Country Road gift and wanted to return it. I did not have the slip, however the tag was left on the gift. I took the item back to Woolworths and was told it would not be a problem to change, however had to go to a Woolworths with a Country Road. I then drove all the way out to Cavendish branch to then be told that without a receipt I cannot change the item and I should have received a receipt from the person that gave me the gift. Even with the price tag still attached. I now understand that Country Road does not belong to Woolworths, I guess they merely rent the space but Woolworths, they are giving you a bad name as they form part of your stores. I can assure you, I will never shop at Country Road again. Staff have terrible attitudes and so unhelpful. Lesson learnt, if anyone gives you a gift, you must also ask them for the receipt in case you need to change it.
How difficult is it to get any sort of reply to mails from Netcare Medicross! I have emailed Tokai a couple of times, mails are received and read and no reply. Then I mail the Head Office and nothing from them either. Quick to charge but not as quick to help when you have actually already paid 3 times for consultations to get something done. Seriously shocking! Don't even know where else to try to get this resolved, apart from having to go back and pay for yet another consultation. Come on Medicross, it's simple, press reply and type a message!
Please do a lot of research. Don't be fooled by good marketing, get as much information as possible. Check staff turnover, qualifications/quality of teachers. Some sad stories came from 2023!
