my experience with my-gym. when i joined my gym i explained to them that i am working in a construction company and sometimes i work on site maybe six to a year and we agree on a no contract agreement . ok i was surprise when the guy asked for my banking details and i asked him and the lady who is a manager there at Greenstone and they told me not worry for all they are doing is that they are only following procedure which will have no effect on the near future. even when i was given the form to sign i saw the agreement that they will deduct money every month and i again asked them what was the meaning of the form they again told me not worry about it and they assured me that every thing is gonna be the way i asked them to be i was with my son that day and indeed i needed the contract that now they have bind me in it i think there is footage where we can hear our conversation of that day and what i told them i really want. i was with them for that October only i was sent to work on site. to my surprise i started receiving many calls claiming that i owe my gym and i then went to Greenstone where i met the manager who was a lady there and black like me who together with the receptionist tall and light in colour i mean the receptionist at that time and they politely told me that they will speak with the guy to rectify the mistake and they assured me that it shall be done as agreed. but still i was receiving emails and calls from their lawyers demanding money from me even today the 17 September 2018 i got emails from a company ECCM Larische De Jager demanding money from me and when i tried to tell them my story they told me to read terms and condition of the contract. But really is this fraud or what why are they doing this. Pls HelloPeter help me
