This is an Internet **** - it does not exist. A well setup site that looks real - but no delivery 6 weeks after paying and no response to either their email or WhatsApp number - and Banks are happy to take part in this *****!!!!

Partially satisfied customer who thinks Mypool can do much better.
I am aware that a few people have had a poor experience from this company. Their support and communication is dismal to say the least. However if you persevere (which should never be the case) you will succeed. It was only from IP tracking and messenger in FaceBook that I eventually tracked their address, contact details and a name. (We now know who you are Simon). The item arrived at my home safe and sound. If you really want business give a valid contact name and number on your web page. There is nothing stopping you from blocking customers who become excessively rude or threatening. But it gives us (the customer) more faith in doing business with you in future.

Do not order from this online shop. You will never receive your order. They don't respond to your WhatsApp and their email address doesn't exist.

Title: Avoid This Business at all cost - Terrible Customer Service and Unresponsive I had an extremely disappointing experience with this online business. Here's what happened: Lack of Service: Despite multiple attempts, they don't pick up their phone calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. It feels like an online ****. Response Only to Criticism: They only rep**** when I criticized their service. After providing my full order details, they promised to get back to me first thing the following morning. It's now been four days, and I've heard nothing. Time Wasted: I've lost four valuable days waiting for a response. I could have ordered from another company and already received and started using my goods. Please, avoid this business at all costs. Save your time and money by choosing a more reliable company.
