I have contacted DSTV on numerous occasions to buy a streaming package. I have been promised a call back now on 4 occasions. Nothing. It’s quite astounding that DSTV has that level of customer support. In fact one of the support staff was downright rude. I have taken snap shots of the conversation and place it on Facebook. DSTV never even bothered to respond. Very very poor for a company crying out that it’s losing its customers. Totally your fault there
I am aware that a few people have had a poor experience from this company. Their support and communication is dismal to say the least. However if you persevere (which should never be the case) you will succeed. It was only from IP tracking and messenger in FaceBook that I eventually tracked their address, contact details and a name. (We now know who you are Simon). The item arrived at my home safe and sound. If you really want business give a valid contact name and number on your web page. There is nothing stopping you from blocking customers who become excessively rude or threatening. But it gives us (the customer) more faith in doing business with you in future.
