Ford Ranger doctors.
I bought a second hand Ford Ranger that had smoke coming from exhaust. Did not worry as I knew it will get sorted at Eastrand engine and turbo. Alan gave me an acceptable quote and had new injectors fitted. Vehicle is running like new even with 427000kms on it. Thank you Eret.

Terrible service from ERET.
I went to Eastrand engine and turbo to have injectors replaced on my 2019 Ford Ranger as they are self acclaimed specialists. Although they were not the cheapest, I thought I will give them a try. They replaced the injectors at R23000 and when the technician came back from a test drive, he stated that there was a boost leak. I was happy with the job they did on my injectors and took it back for them to attend to boost leak. They told me there is a hole in the ****ler the size of a R5 coin and quoted R3500 to remove and weld it and therefore I will be loosing power. Made more sense to me to fit a new system for R4500. I purchase a complete stainless system and fitted it myself in under an hour. When I inspected the old system, there was no hole. I confronted them about it and Jolene told it is not the original system that was on the vehicle. She basically called me ****. It ended up very nasty and loud inside the reception area and I left as that is how she speaks to her technicians aswell, even infront of clients. I can't understand the mentality of Jolene, I did not go there to ask for money although the cost of a new exhaust and their diagnostics was R6000. All I wanted was for them find this boost leak that they already charged me for. I even spoke to Alan the owner and we also ended up in a swearing competition. Eventually Alan asked me if I would like to take my vehicle back for them to diagnose it again. I declined as I would not like to go near Jolene or anyone else that tries to make me out to be a **** only to cover for their incompetency.

FNB treats you like a ********.
My personal account has now been blocked for more than two weeks now after a tenant paid his rent to me. Apparently my tenant did *****ulent business and that is why my account got blocked. I contacted the bank and they told me they are investigating. I kept phoning twice a day and no joy. I was told to go to a branch in order for them to phone the investigation department. For 45 mins there was no answer and the banker send an email to them. Still no contact from FNB. I went to the police to do an affidavit to say that it was rent paid to me and I have nothing to do with *****ulent dealings with my tenant. I sent this to the FNB ***** department and finally someone came back to me to say this is not good enough. They said that WhatsApp messages between me and my tenant that proves that it is rent that he paid me will be excepted. I send them this and now it is another 5 days later and still nothing. I phoned them again now and was told I will have someone phoning me back. I really doubt I will hear from them. I do have a business account with FNB as well, I don't need to de***** anyone. Lets see if someone from FNB will come back to me now.

Do not order from this online shop. You will never receive your order. They don't respond to your WhatsApp and their email address doesn't exist.
