Dear Prepaid, it's been over a month now which I bought prepaid electricity via FNB cellphone banking, between bank and prepaid, they give tokens that don't work, why on earth did the bank deduct my money off and they were well aware of the prepaid problems. I have been give twice tokens to enter, and it NOT working. Two calls were logged at the bank prepaid, however nothing is getting done, you keep saying we must go to the municipality, the municipality is offline most of the time because of your load shedding. This should be sorted out between the Bank and prepaid Eskom. I want my money back
