Another company full of promises.... bit very empty. Lying to the public and customers that is dependant on this company. They promise tokens within minutes.... but its now hours.... they said that they open till 22h00... but the telephones is off at 18h00... contact us if you dont get your tokens is their message but where? Another terrible service company that people get forced to deal with why is rhere no choices or competition? Remember this before you rent a property.. cause this seems terrible to start off with... im worried how the rest of the year will go getting tokens from this people. Nowadays its so easy just to lie.... closing 22h00 or 18h00? Nevermind. We already experience how sour things gonna be.

Dear Prepaid, it's been over a month now which I bought prepaid electricity via FNB cellphone banking, between bank and prepaid, they give tokens that don't work, why on earth did the bank deduct my money off and they were well aware of the prepaid problems. I have been give twice tokens to enter, and it NOT working. Two calls were logged at the bank prepaid, however nothing is getting done, you keep saying we must go to the municipality, the municipality is offline most of the time because of your load shedding. This should be sorted out between the Bank and prepaid Eskom. I want my money back

I have been Provided with a code that's been used already, and they don't want to admit their error! Shirley phones me with a **** attitude and then refuses to assist me. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AS THEY DON'T HAVE THE FOGGIEST IDEA ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS! She is apparently also the only one in that office, and there is no manager to speak to!!!! Then she swears at me and hangs the phone up before telling me "I'm really done now" You are incompetent and rude!

Made payment and did not receive token and when querying was told that the account had been closed and there was a new account. They claimed to have sent a notification to clients but I have received nothing. They said I would receive a refund 2 days later but received nothing and had 2 emails querying the refund ignored and there is conveniently no phone number to contact on the web site. After threatening to report them to the relevant authorities and the bank for fraud they contacted me saying that they were waiting on a third party to process the refund. If the account was closed then which third party are they waiting on?

I have bought electricity on the 2 May 2018 for the month for R1500 from Myprepaid.co.za online. Up till this moment 5 days later after various phone calls and emails I have not received an electricity token nor email reply, anything. Apparently they changed bank accounts and etc etc etc etc BUT if the account was closed as they claim the mobey would have been bounced back in my account after 48h. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING And their answer is we will send you claim forms and I must go buy other electricity token. WHAT ON EARTH!

I have been communicating on facebook Messengers and empty promises are being made of a refund form being emailed to me. Why do I need a refund form if they closed their bank account. Surely the money would have bounced back. I think myprepaid is busy with fraud.

I have been using them for the lsst 3 years and never had problems I bought R1500 electricity today 02 May 2018 and still have not received any tokens as per my previous purchases I have tried everything to get a hold off them but to no avail please do not use this company as they seem to be corrupt.
