I am absolutely blown away by my recent experience with Faithful to Nature! The online shopping experience was incredibly smooth and user-friendly – navigating the website and placing my order was a breeze. What truly exceeded my expectations was the delivery. I received my products the same day! I've never encountered such prompt service with online orders before. It was a delightful surprise and speaks volumes about their efficiency. And the products themselves? Fantastic quality and definitely worth it. I'm beyond pleased with Faithful to Nature and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
I had my Solar system installed on Friday the 9th of February. I noticed on Saturday that my Eskom Power meter is using more units than before the Solar. I sent help@gosalr.co.za an email on Sunday the 11th explaining the problem I have. I phoned the support number on Monday morning and spoke to 4 different people regarding this problem. 3 of them said it was the setting to the battery, which still does not explain why the system is using so much Eskom power. The 4th person said that there could be something wrong with the installation and will send me a ticket number to get technicians out to come and look at the problem. I have resend my email again on Monday noon and are still waiting for the ticket to get someone to help. The support team is not helpful at all and I am very disappointed in the service that I received and the non response to my emails. Currently it looks like I will pay R1399 for my solary system and also need to purchase 540 eskom units to have the battery charge. If I want to use my stove and Geyser I will have to purchase more units. I monthly paid around R1300 for electricity as it is only myself and my daughter. This will be significantly more because of the Eskom power used to charge the solar battery. How is this even making sense?

With load shedding in January my fridge's LED screen became faulty and I contacted Fixitt who send technicians to repair. They were of opinion that it was the pc board that was faulty. After paying them they replaced the board a few days later which only resulted in my compressor not working after a power failure and all my food defrosting late on Friday the 19th of Feb. My son in law (electrical technician) put the old PC board back and the fridge immediately started working again. He also noticed that it was a totally different and smaller pc board. I wrote an email to Fixitt on Saturday the 20th of Feb and explained all of this. My question were why replace a pc board if the fridge was still working and the LED display was the problem. They sent the same technicians back on Monday the 22nd of Feb who was of opinion the new pc board was faulty and said that they will contact me the same afternoon. Up until today 09 March I have not yet had a call from Fixitt. I phoned them yesterday asking what is happening and they said that they will send new Technicians out today. I am still waiting. I have been very patient and gracious up to this point, but the service is very disappointing and I would prefer I refund so that I can find someone who will be able to help and deliver good service.

I downgraded my Vodacom package in Feb 2019 online and the I Phone 8 I received was faulty. I then went to Vodacom Canal Walk who send the phone in to confirm the out of box guarantee. Happy to say they replaced my Phone in the week before the 16th of March. I received an astronomical account and contacted them on the 10th of April to find out what was going on. After being on the phone for what seemed like hours, they informed me that they by mistake cancelled my original down grade and took it back to the old contract and on top of that also charged me a device fee. Being a single mom and not at all able to afford this (I also explained this to them) they promised me that they will correct this at the end of April and give me a big credit on my account. Guess what? following up this morning this was not rectified! I spoke to Patricia on the customer care line who said she is a supervisor and promised that she would phone back by three today, but did not promise to rectify this. Again an account which I can not afford. Vodacom you are violating my consumer rights and taking advantage of me as a single mom. Your mistakes are costing me a fortune.
I bought Electricity from them on the 2nd of May and did not receive my token. When I raised a query they informed me that there banking details changed. I have been communicating on facebook Messengers and empty promises are being made of a refund form being emailed to me. Why do I need a refund form if they closed their bank account. Surely the money would have bounced back. I think myprepaid is busy with fraud.
<p>This Company has somehow otten hold of my contact details and is distributing it to various companies to phone me for special deals. After trying to contact them 9 times I was still not able to get hold of them and ask them to remove my details.</p>
<p>I requested Telkom via email to the 'Service Cancellation' ********** email adress on the 18/02 to please move my adsl line into the withholding pool so that Afrihost can take over my line. After phoning numerous times on the numbers 10210 and 081180 they just advised me that they did not receive my email. I resend my email with ID and Form attached on the 14th of March. After more telephone call to the same number still nothing has been done. I asked to speak to management but was told that I can't . I am very frustrated and will never in my life do business with TELKOM ever again. Telkom please put my ADSL line in the withholding pool and also cancel my land line. What more do I need to do to get a response from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
