Made payment and did not receive token and when querying was told that the account had been closed and there was a new account. They claimed to have sent a notification to clients but I have received nothing.
They said I would receive a refund 2 days later but received nothing and had 2 emails querying the refund ignored and there is conveniently no phone number to contact on the web site.
After threatening to report them to the relevant authorities and the bank for fraud they contacted me saying that they were waiting on a third party to process the refund. If the account was closed then which third party are they waiting on?
