I have been Provided with a code that's been used already, and they don't want to admit their error! Shirley phones me with a **** attitude and then refuses to assist me. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AS THEY DON'T HAVE THE FOGGIEST IDEA ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS! She is apparently also the only one in that office, and there is no manager to speak to!!!! Then she swears at me and hangs the phone up before telling me "I'm really done now" You are incompetent and rude!
