when I bought a product costing me almost R1000 rand and registering my delivery address it somehow automatically defaulted to a different address in my road. When I contacted the support center i was told it is not a problem they will contact the delivering company. After that I was informed by another support person that they are not responsible for my package as the address was entered wrong. I did not enter my address manually I copied and pasted from my clipboard, so it could not be wrong, infact their system automatically changed it. I contacted the neighbour who kept me up to dater if the package came...up to date nothing...2 months later. I contacted the post office, they told me that there must be a tracking no. whick myprotien somehow cannoct supply me....these guys are scam artist and I will pursue legal charges against them.
