No delivery due to using SA Post Office as local partner - AVOID this company
They partner with South African Post Office, but you only get to know this after having ordered and paid. I never received my parcel. Tracking number works perfectly until it leaves SA customs then the package disappears. As we all know, it is impossible to reach the post office. MyProtein does not take responsibility for parcels not delivered. Not my problem - don't every buy from them.

MyProtein does not take responsibility for parcels not delivered. Not my problem - don't every buy from them.

Myprotein.... more like No!Protein.
All the other negative reviews on Hellopeter are spot on. I only wish I had checked here first, before ordering from Myprotein. It looks like you are ordering from a SA domiciled site, you pay in Rand, your substantial delivery fee implies effecient service and you are presented with a, albeit underwhelming, estimated delivery date. All good enough.... until your estimated delivery date comes and goes. Then the frustration starts. I will gladly share my communication with Myprotein if anybody is interested. All I really hope you take from this review is this, AVOID Myprotein!

All the other negative reviews on Hellopeter are spot on. I only wish I had checked here first, before ordering from Myprotein. It looks like you are ordering from a SA domiciled site, you pay in Rand, your substantial delivery fee implies effecient service and you are presented with a, albeit underwhelming, estimated delivery date. All good enough.... until your estimated delivery date comes and goes. Then the frustration starts. I will gladly share my communication with Myprotein if anybody is interested. Fraudulent business practices: South Africans beware
I made an order for protein off a South African website (my protein.co.za) and was charged in rands. When my order arrived, more than a month later, there were associated customs duties to 1/3 of the value of the order. At no point was it evident that I was ordering from a non-South African company and that as a result I would likely have to pay import duties. Finally I was told by the company to look at the terms and conditions link (in tiny print) on the website, where there were details that this was a non-South African company.

Late / No delivery
To whom it may concern Order: ********** 58 I placed an order on 21 November for a 5kg whey protein and stainless steel shaker. I have not yet received my order and its a month later. Paying R200 for delivery a order surely must be processed faster ??? Very dissapointed. I would like to hear from someone on the status of my order.

Scammed me big time!
when I bought a product costing me almost R1000 rand and registering my delivery address it somehow automatically defaulted to a different address in my road. When I contacted the support center i was told it is not a problem they will contact the delivering company. After that I was informed by another support person that they are not responsible for my package as the address was entered wrong. I did not enter my address manually I copied and pasted from my clipboard, so it could not be wrong, infact their system automatically changed it. I contacted the neighbour who kept me up to dater if the package came...up to date nothing...2 months later. I contacted the post office, they told me that there must be a tracking no. whick myprotien somehow cannoct supply me....these guys are scam artist and I will pursue legal charges against them.
