Found out AFTER I bought a very expensive ticket for myself that I ALSO had to buy a ticket for my 6-month old infant (who will sit on my lap since he can't sit, crawl or walk) at 15% of the cost of the ticket. This is daylight ****** robbery for a child siting on my lap and I will never, ever, ever support this airline ever again, I will book with LIFT. Apparently you can check in a 20kg bag for the child as well, but I would have purchased an additional bag check in online if that was what I needed. It is an absolute disgrace and I am so upset that I didn't use LIFT. Rather book with lift, and send Flysafair into the abyss like all the other airways.
I initially paid for a bunch of documents which I received promptly, but when I had queries on the documents, no one came back to me. I ended up sending the documents back WITH my queries, and yet no response. I feel like I have been robbed. They also don't disclose the fact that they don't deal with UIF payments, when you purchase a bundle. Don't use them
They partner with South African Post Office, but you only get to know this after having ordered and paid. I never received my parcel. Tracking number works perfectly until it leaves SA customs then the package disappears. As we all know, it is impossible to reach the post office. MyProtein does not take responsibility for parcels not delivered. Not my problem - don't every buy from them.
