I have logged a return for my DJI drone . It has already been returned to merchant facility on 13 Oct (3 weeks ago) for assessment MRRN-GVQNM-XROP I have sent multiple emails to get an update or response , but no feedback from Mishka . There is also no telephone number to contact .

I cancelled/ended my subscription with Momentum in October (30th) and therefore paid my last premium in November as one needs to give a 30 day notice . In December my multiply benefit of R195 was still debited from my account long after my subscription has been cancelled. I need a refund from momentum as I already paid my premium for discovery for the month.

Paying R200 for delivery a order surely must be processed faster ??? Very dissapointed. I would like to hear from someone on the status of my order.
My internation parcel arrived at customs on the 7th of December and is stil stuck at customs . How long does it take to process a parcel ?? My tracking number is EA ********** 99NL . I need my parcel urgently . Also no reply on my emails sent to customer care.
