Yet again one receives poor service from My smart drive
I spoke to Koketso on the 22nd November informing her that my car us faulty and I need my rare view mirror replaced she advised me that she will book in the car and get back to me the following day which she didn't I contacted her on the 23rd to follow up she told me the car will b booked in for the following Monday and she will contact me to confirm the booking which she didn't
I then called in on the 6th to find out what is happening I spoke Kennan who booked in the car for Tuesday the 12th December to my surprise when I get there the workshop is not aware about my booking I had clearly indicated to Kennan that I will need the vehicle on Thursday morning as I need to travel for holidays
I just called to find out what is happening apparently they still waiting for parts so the car is not ready what service is thus that you guys are offering because really one pays so much only to get bad service 90% of the time from your company.
I actually regret taking a car with them EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT ALL TIMES
