Yet again one receives poor service from My smart drive I spoke to Koketso on the 22nd November informing her that my car us faulty and I need my rare view mirror replaced she advised me that she will book in the car and get back to me the following day which she didn't I contacted her on the 23rd to follow up she told me the car will b booked in for the following Monday and she will contact me to confirm the booking which she didn't I then called in on the 6th to find out what is happening I spoke Kennan who booked in the car for Tuesday the 12th December to my surprise when I get there the workshop is not aware about my booking I had clearly indicated to Kennan that I will need the vehicle on Thursday morning as I need to travel for holidays I just called to find out what is happening apparently they still waiting for parts so the car is not ready what service is thus that you guys are offering because really one pays so much only to get bad service 90% of the time from your company. I actually regret taking a car with them EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT ALL TIMES
On the first of December 2022 I deposited an amount of R3300 to my account I played and all of a sudden there was loadshedding and I decided to withdraw the cash at tht stage my balance was To 3500 I withdraw and after an hour I noticed the money is not credited to my bank account whn I check the status of the withdrawal it said rejected by bank client bank was offline I contacted them as the funds was not credited back to my Hollywood account after several calls of being told it will be credited I spoke to Nick who was said to be a senior manager and he said my funds will b in my account within 48hours it's been over 48 hours still no money when I contact them thy don't have an accurate answer besides our it department is investigating and you not the only client
Even after numerous enquiries Khozi fm still fails to give a time frame for reward pay out of a completion one participated in September 2021 what a waste of time and energy and resources I would never recommend that people take part in their competitond
it is a great concern that people who have been winners in your competition in September 2021 has not received their prices it's almost 3 months with no one from Ukhozi fm giving any update whereas it was stated that should they not get back to the radio station by December they will forfeit the funds. It concerns me as this seems like the radio station does false advertising because how can I win and not receive my price nor any update as to when will I get it.Is there a need for us to participate in your competitions if we won't be rewarded even after sending multiple emails and messages on their social media platforms no one has bothered to respond
Been trying to get my credit card activated and been sent from one department to the other with no help a Morne was supposed to get back to me but nothing however a debit order went through of the credit card
Bad service Rosebank College refuses to refund me R6300. 00 for registration paid 2016 due to the fact that I dont have the proof of payment even though the payment reflects in the students account and I was the guardian and we have provided the relevant documents however still they failing to assist
