They want you to pay deposit before you can sign any documents because they know that if you not happy with the car even before you sign a contract you won't get your money back, they don't even give you a cool off period. They are not up front with what exactly they are selling you, they will tell you what you want to hear then later when I asked questions I was really not happy with the sale and the car is still with them I haven't sign the contract, the only thing I did was to fill in the Application form and pay deposit because they say they keep the car from being sold. Now I'm being told that it either I take the car or forfeit my deposit money. And I ignored a red flag as when I was there a guy came angry to cancel the contract. So please be care full of that place. The even took me to primo executive cars floor to choose a vehicle now when I complain primo calls me and tell me that they are not associated 😔 😔😔 and Thandeka the sales lady has a nev to call me and tell me that I have a contract with mysmartdrive I must redirect the complaint yet I never signed anything that binds me with Primo cars nor mysmartdrive.

Yet again one receives poor service from My smart drive I spoke to Koketso on the 22nd November informing her that my car us faulty and I need my rare view mirror replaced she advised me that she will book in the car and get back to me the following day which she didn't I contacted her on the 23rd to follow up she told me the car will b booked in for the following Monday and she will contact me to confirm the booking which she didn't I then called in on the 6th to find out what is happening I spoke Kennan who booked in the car for Tuesday the 12th December to my surprise when I get there the workshop is not aware about my booking I had clearly indicated to Kennan that I will need the vehicle on Thursday morning as I need to travel for holidays I just called to find out what is happening apparently they still waiting for parts so the car is not ready what service is thus that you guys are offering because really one pays so much only to get bad service 90% of the time from your company. I actually regret taking a car with them EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT ALL TIMES

They took care of my needs when I needed a car. I couldn't qualify for bank finance. The agent was very patient, I am so sorry if forgot his name (tall, light-skinned with a beard) we've returned the car and will be going back soon to get a car on finance. They will help you when the bank can not.

I hope for your sake you make an informed decision; you will regret signing up with this company. Sooner or later, they will suck your pockets dry. Also be aware that these are accident damaged vehicles. Trust me, you can be a little bit more patient, you'll find a better deal elsewhere.

Took a rental car on rent to buy terms, vehicle was not 100% and I reported this. They booked the vehicle in the whole of December, when I collected the vehicle mid-January, I found that their repair work was not satisfactory because the vehicle still had the same problems. After driving the car for less than a month, I hit a small pothole but for some reason it affected the vehicle suspension. I reported this instantly, they took 2 weeks not attending to my claim. after personally going to their offices, they finally towed the car. This was then regarded as an insurance claim and ordered me to pay R12000 excess. loan car taken. No vehicle for 2 months now - all month's installment paid. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
