I recently spent approximately R7,000 on groceries at Sunshine Supermarket in Westgate, expecting fresh and good-quality products. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. When I got home and opened the bag of potatoes, I discovered that the entire bag was rotten and completely unusable. This is unacceptable, especially for basic grocery items that customers rely on. In addition, the wors I purchased was of very poor quality. It does not taste fresh and shrinks excessively when cooked, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the meat being sold. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time I have experienced poor product quality from this store. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money there, I expect proper quality control and products that are fit for consumption. I live 20–30 minutes away from the store, and it is unreasonable to expect customers to spend additional time and fuel returning items that should never have been sold in that condition in the first place. I have the affected items and proof of purchase available if required. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the quality control issues at this store. Customers should receive the quality they pay for, especially when spending thousands of rands on groceries.
I bought a Samsung S22 Ultra, when I got the phone S Pen was malfunctioning and there was a rattling sound from the camera position. I then contacted them for assistance they asked for video's to prove what the problem is. I sent the proof for S Pen and explain the sound from the camera, they advise that the phone must be returned for investigation. only after they get the phone they advise that the rattling sound is normal ad to fix the S Pen is R200, total cost is R3350 due to shipping cost. if i don't pay that amount in 24hours they will destroy the phone. at least they could have done troubleshoot the sound that came from the camera as they call themself Quality expects when it comes to phones. I bought the phone through Just Pay Now, was not even aware that it is not a company from SA. So please be care full when dealing with this company.
I am currently having issues with the phone. when trying to hard reset the phone it does not allow me to do so due to their app took control of the operating system of the phone. I have made several attempts requesting for the app to be removed after I finished paying last year August with no luck. I have been taken from pillar to post, they even gave me some dns link that did not do me justice. I just want full asceses of my phone please, because right now I cant use it.
Year 2022 took my S9 pro (DOOGEE) phone back to cashcrusaders Blue Valley for repairs it's took time for it to return I had to send emails and calls complaining. This year first week of January took my T10 tablet (DOOGEE) to the Dobsonville cashcrusaders I'm currently going through the same stress where I'm again going back and forth, same problem deferent stores. I have realized that to avoid my struggle don't buy that product because their after sale service it's bad, or join my struggle as they manage their logistic when it comes to repair process if they have. They send things for repairs they will come if they don't come back relax and wait. Called the manager after sending complaints email so they can confirm and acknowledge the they received my email I was advised he is off asked for the assistant manager who came and told me that she is busy she can't confirm for me, the I hung up. That's my experience with cashcrusaders.
They want you to pay deposit before you can sign any documents because they know that if you not happy with the car even before you sign a contract you won't get your money back, they don't even give you a cool off period. They are not up front with what exactly they are selling you, they will tell you what you want to hear then later when I asked questions I was really not happy with the sale and the car is still with them I haven't sign the contract, the only thing I did was to fill in the Application form and pay deposit because they say they keep the car from being sold. Now I'm being told that it either I take the car or forfeit my deposit money. And I ignored a red flag as when I was there a guy came angry to cancel the contract. So please be care full of that place. The even took me to primo executive cars floor to choose a vehicle now when I complain primo calls me and tell me that they are not associated 😔 😔😔 and Thandeka the sales lady has a nev to call me and tell me that I have a contract with mysmartdrive I must redirect the complaint yet I never signed anything that binds me with Primo cars nor mysmartdrive.

I bought a Levi's jean at Dobsonville Mall on the 29th July took it back the next day, as I'm entering the store found two guys working there told that they don't have cash at first. Then they told me that they want copy of my ID yet when I bought no such thing was asked as I used my card. Your return policy state that "Upon exchange or Return's I must present the original invoice for unused goods and in original condition and package. If the receipt was mentioning copy of ID it was something else. When you exchange no ID copy is required Please assist as I felt like they were insulting me in every way I could think of. I left that jean with the receipt written my number on it the way I was so irritated with the attitude they spoke with me. So they can refund me the day they feel like. They really need to coach their stuff to be professional and stop having ekasi attitude/mentally. Regards
On the 22 December 2021 I made a withdrawal of R3000 from CAPITEC bank and the machine only dispensed R450 because machine switched off. I immediately called CAPITEC, I was advised to call my bank where I was told to dispute from my App. Few days later I called in to follow up only then I was told to fill in a dispute form and I did that. Again few days later I called to be told the matter will be escalated today I called to be told again the same thing and I will be called before COB still waiting. At that time I am a private banker who never enjoyed the service, I never got hold of them as their lines are always busy. I'm now waiting to take them to Ombudsman tomorrow after I do follow up again as usual.
Arrogant driver, I expected a unmarked bakkie as I was advised and a guy driving Corsa lite came through. I had my original ID along with its copy and my resent statement from E-Toll just to be told that "I don't take this give me your bank statement" I can't share that kind of information. So I had to cancelled my order from RAIN, it's not everyone having account left and right and I have been using that E-Toll account as my proof of residence to more reputable companies than CCD. They even came late I hade to call them to confirm if they are coming. I believe can do better than this in terms of getting themselves a courier company. That's how big business crumble by using business like CCD trying to save cost while customers pull out.
My car was repossessed on the 30th of June 2020 due to none payment. I have started not paying my premiums around November/December 2019 after I was terminated yet I spent more than Two years paying my premiums religiously, I called the bank to advise my situation and I was told that I make the plan. As I was looking for the job the pandemic started and it was now difficult to find the job and I did not apply for the relief. I managed to find another job and my contract started June 2020. After they repossessed the car on the 30th I started to make calls to the ABSA Vehicle Finance several times I was referred to the legal department that I have been calling daily many times a day due to they don’t answer the calls or the will the you different thing. I stated taking to Mr Johannes trying to make an arrangement and we couldn’t come to the agreement, so try to get hold of him again and I failed so I sent Ashadine an email that is still not answered even today and this was the 2nd of June two days after the vehicle was taken. The third day I started to get hold of someone who can help me get my car back, because I was calling from work I would stay most of my day trying to get hold of someone to help with no luck, I was sent from pillar to post every time when I feel that I’m getting closer to being assisted. Spoke to Matshediso twice today and felt that I’m now getting somewhere as we agree that I will pay R40 000 cash for the vehicle to be released and the remaining balance of the arrears will be paid along with the instalment at the end of July. As per our conversation she was going to send me the email with calculations on how I’m going to settle my arrears so I can continue paying. As much as call are recorded please check how many times the following numbers called (011 083 3500 and 061 529 5180) as I was calling the following numbers (011 330 4238, 011 330 438, 011 330 4022, 011 330 4033, 011 330 40 35 and 0860 669 669). So I don’t know if this is the delay tactic’s to be charged for storage and whatever they will mention on the bill as I have been trying to get that vehicle the second day it was taken.
