I am unable to recommend this business. The experience and dealing with this business is disgusting at bests. i have made a purchase on the 19th August 2024 and promptly received the order number. on the 28th August I made an enquiry to orders@mytechhouse.online as to what the status of my orders. The tracking online system after 11 days still show processing under status. I made a couple of phone calls to the "call center" and eventually the call was answer by a person called Eric who advised that they have received stock of the item on the 28th August for which they sold it to me on the 19th August and the item will be delivered on the 30th August. Sadly to say just a hoax. No delivery was made. I phoned again and no calls gets answered (phoning from different numbers ) The chatbot is limited with just a message that they are unavailable and will respond by 3PM . I suspect this is a *****ulent online shop.

ALFRED HIS CELL NUMBER IS 0685031926 HAS SCAMMED NOT ONLY ME BUT OTHERS AS PER GOOGLE REVIEW. CANNOT GET HOLD OF HIM OR WHAT WE PAID FOR. I AM NOW SITTING WITH ONE MISSING BATTERY AND 3 NOT WORKING BATTERIES. WAS PROMISED BRAND NEW BATTERIES. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS REFURBISHED ONES. Kindly assist

The website is www.mysolarshop.co.za I paid for my order and I was scammed. They never sent the batteries. They told me a story that they are having problems with their courtier. This is more than a month later. I will be going to the police.

MySolar Shop - Please avoid, they take your money and do not deliver products
This company is fraudulent. They advertise competitive / discounted pricing on back-up gel batteries, accept your payment, and then come-up with all kinds of excuses for why these deliveries have been delayed. I have found other customers that have also been dealing with MySolar shop that have been given similar excuses. They blame breakdown issues with the courier companies, who are also fed-up with dealing with this company. In the end, I have been trying to get a refund for more than 4 weeks now with all kinds of excuses and no response on how they are addressing. I am forced to take legal action now.
