UNBELIEVABLE PATHETIC ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU TRY GETTING SOMETHING AS A SIMPLE CALLED ID ACTIVATED. CALLED 6 TIMES BEING SHOVED AROUND. EACH CONSULTANT SAYING ITS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT. FROM 082135. 0821940. 08217844. WHEN YOU DIAL 082135 IT GOES TO BUSINESS. EVEN IF THE CONSULTANT COULD NOT ASSIST I SHOULD BE INFORMED WHAT TO DO. CONSULTANTS SAYS PUTTING YOU THROUGH THEN THE CALL GETS CUT OFF. HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PATHETIC NETWORK. NOT WORTH MY FRUSTRATION.

MAKRO ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICES THE WORST
I PURCHASED ONLINE ON THE 16TH SEPTEMBER 2023. ON THE. ON THE 19TH SEPTEMBER 2023 AT 11 06AM 8 RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING I COLLECTED MY ORDER. ULAS AKA UMHLANGA LASER & AESTHETIC SPA
I was misled into believing I could get rid of facial hair via laser at this business. I did 6 full sessions and when I complained as I saw no difference I was informed I need to do 12 sessions. I then took another opinion from a professional in the laser industry and was informed as long as I have grey/white hair laser is impossible. I then would like to know why was I not informed of this prior to wasting my time, effort and money for something that wouldn't work for me. A complete rip off company.

PATHETIC SERVICE
Have called numerous times since the obstacles 2 and odd days. No resolution to the problem being resolved. Have already used R700 plus data. Everytime we call we are told it is being attended too. This is pathetic service and needs to be resolved immediately.

SAGE SOUTH AFRICA ABSOLUTELY USELESS
Our business was affected due to covid 19 and when the Government announced businesses to be open, we and many other companies had to put up with our company not being able to invoice and work on sage accounting at all. Emails were sent and i got a phone call informing me my company would be getting a months free subscription for all the problems we experienced. It is now 15 days and i cannot complete cash book and recons and after numerous attempts to sage, I am being informed that Sage has a problem and is not sure when it will be resolved. I have had enough of this unneccessary excuses that has caused me and many other companies loss in business due to the stupidity of SAGE. Who then is responsible for my loss of income and how is this going to be resolved. Failing a resolution of my company being reimbursed from SAGE, I will then be taking legal action.
