Worse experience from an online panel for a specific brand. No form of communication whatsoever! Orders been declined without my consent and no form of liaison. Poor turnaround time and *********** staff!

I have placed an order with Reebok online store on the 23rd of December. I haven't received it amd im told that my order is on hold for reasons not communicated to me. Reebok online their telephone lines are not working for half of the day. I need my refund please assist me.

I returned sneakers to Reebok and was given an online credit instead of a refund to my original payment method, which I did not agree to. I’ve contacted Reebok several times with no response and no way to reach customer service. This is unacceptable. I am requesting my refund to be processed immediately.

Reebok is a ****... Don't buy from them. I ordered sneakers online and I am trying to return the shoes with no avail. There is jo contact numbers for Reebok. It is impossible to get hold of them. When you lig a return theh send you an automatic response saying the courier will collect , but then they host you. I even tal**** to get hold of reebok Capetown with no luck. Yoh are the worst company I have ever dealt with Reebok. I am stuck with sneakers that I don't want. DON'T TRYST REEBOK it is a ****

I bought a Reebok GT40Z treadmill from Makro at the end of 2023 and have had endless problems with it. There was a 18 month warrantee which I was told is directly with Reebok and the problems up until the warrantee expired were fixed free of charge. Now that the warrantee has expired the motor packed up and I have to replace it at half the price of a new treadmill. I investigated and found out that there is a 10 year warrantee on the motor but when I enquired about this I was told this is not applicable to South African customers only overseas. No reason was given but I'm not very happy.

Horrible online store I've been trying to get into contact with them through phone calls/emails to get answers on why my voucher I won at their events doesn't work. Absolutely no response, they keep saying they'll get in touch but never do I've sent 3 emails each month and called.

The service is very poor. I bought some sneakers on 21st November, until now there is no movement on goods besides showing amount paint and a word UNFULFILLED. I wanted to wear them this Friday when I go for my Christmas vacation. I am really disappointed.

On the 26 of October, I received an email from Reebok offering me 50 percent on the second item bought for experiencing technical issues on their website. I immediately selected two qualifying items however the discount was not app****. I contacted them and even today I do not get assistance. I've been asked to delete cookies and so forth, nothing works. Am I being ****med, Reebok?
