REEBOK SA EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Worse experience from an online panel for a specific brand. No form of communication whatsoever! Orders been declined without my consent and no form of liaison. Poor turnaround time and *********** staff!

POOR SERVICE!
By far the worse company and management system EVER! I would never recommend this company for any service rendered! Staff and Management are extremely *********** and infrastructure super poor!

UNSATISFIED!!
I've purchased a Karcher K2 on Black Friday at Makro Online, what a pathetic platform to use. This has been my first time ever using this platform and it is completely unbelievably pathetic! On completion of my order I was notified that my order will be deliver within 3-5days. I then got an sms notifying me that my order would be delivered on Saturday 26th Nov.. I immediately logged a request to postpone my deliver my order on the Monday 28th as our company are closed on weekends. I received an email later the day on money confirming the request was received and being arranged for delivery on the same day. Each and everyday went by and I have been calling in several times(holding for +- 15mins for an agent) and spoke to numerous consultants, and each one of them have promised to have the item delivered the next day. This has been going on for the entire week and today is the 2nd December but still no item delivered. I was completely furious as I needed the item for personal use and requested that a superior contact me urgently.. I have not received a call from anyone, no communication whatsoever! I received an email notifying me the that item would be delivered today 2nd Dec, however, no update provided throughout the day.. I then received a call later the day (very close to end of day) from an agent. The agent advised that she has bad news and then the item can only be delivered tomorrow 3rd Dec.. At this point I lost it completely and was ready to cancel my order. I told the agent I would rather pay more for the same item on a different platform and receive it the very next day rather than wait an entire week to receive my parcel! I mean what kinda service is this? I've never experienced this kind of incompetence and unprofessionalism of this extent on any other platform. To top it off, after complaining several times, no compensation was offered to somewhat reduce the level of frustration.. I would definitely not recommend this Makro platform to anyone and sharing this on all social media platforms.. What a ridiculous and poor constructed platform! PATHETIC!!
