Telkom has refused to close my account and now they want me to make payment arrangements for what i didn't ask for, can you please help me close this. i have paid the contract for the to period we agreed on, now they decided to push it to month to month
I have placed an order with Reebok online store on the 23rd of December. I haven't received it amd im told that my order is on hold for reasons not communicated to me. Reebok online their telephone lines are not working for half of the day. I need my refund please assist me.
i had a contract with telkom which expired in 2024 october. so the data plan ran from month to month until i cancelled the plan in 2025 January and it went through successfully. now telkom has handed my closed account to nudebt and im supposed to pay R915.00 and they have loaded this on credit bureau. please help me
