I have had no internet since the last 3weeks. I have contacted my voip on numerous occasions.and a ivhave Baan told was sumone will contact me. However I had been debited a full months installment and requested this to be reversed as we had no internet for the month. I still have no response Customer service is so pathetic and poor Staff are incompetent to follow up on customer queries Internet lines are always down and slow I will be leasing with my legal team regarding this with cost to my boip communication As they have clearly refused to assist me in any manner what so ever. Please do not get this network provider.very bad service
