Dear Mzansi Express Bus Services , I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent trip on the 12th of September 2023 at 15:18 from Pretoria to Zimbabwe. Despite paying R1000 for a full ticket, I was shocked to find that I was expected to sit on a bucket throughout the entire journey. This level of discomfort and disregard for passenger comfort is completely appalling. As a paying customer, I expected to have a seat that meets basic standards of comfort and safety. Sitting on a bucket for such a long journey is not only unacceptable but also poses a risk to my well-being. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and provide compensation for the subpar service I experienced.
I hope that you take this matter seriously as this is against consumer law and would not like to this the legal route.
