I placed an order and paid a deposit for a pool cover on the 9th of October. The first communication after that was when I contacted them on the 29th of October inquiring about my order. Then started what was a woeful attempt in keeping the customer happy. I was promised a deliver on the 2nd of November, then the 3rd, then the 4th and so. Then on the 5th I get a call from a courier company saying I have to pay their invoice before they deliver. Obviously this was part of their cost so again I had to phone them to sort this out. Its the 6th of November today and I still have not received it.
