This company doesn't communicate. I dropped off an item more than two weeks ago and received no feedback. Very difficult to get a hold of them by telephone and when you do they send you from pillar to post and eventually the line drops as no one picks it up. Emails sent to contact people also receives no response. Woeful service
Placed an order online in May and didnt receive any follow up. I have sent messages by email, and instagram and tried to phone multiple times. They accepted my payment but no goods delivered. Dont think this is a legit company - dont buy from them
I bought two products from Puritech with one on backorder back in September 2023. When I went to collect the one available item it was already open and half the filter media gone. Only upon my request did they comment that they will source an additional closed bag. They also still havent got stock of the other item and I have been trying to get my money back since then. Their sales representative periodically responds to my request with yes we will refund but then nothing happens.
Initially provided a good service. However, the pool light that was installed became loose shortly after the installation. I eventually got to informing them and they commented that they will come and fix this. After three emails to ask when this will be done no response. So not very good after-sales service.
I placed an order and paid a deposit for a pool cover on the 9th of October. The first communication after that was when I contacted them on the 29th of October inquiring about my order. Then started what was a woeful attempt in keeping the customer happy. I was promised a deliver on the 2nd of November, then the 3rd, then the 4th and so. Then on the 5th I get a call from a courier company saying I have to pay their invoice before they deliver. Obviously this was part of their cost so again I had to phone them to sort this out. Its the 6th of November today and I still have not received it.
I want to thank Fred for sorting out the issues with the first installation. Things happen and I acknowledge that but its how its resolved that makes the difference. Want to thank Fred to repairing all the issues with me not having to drive it.
I ordered an item and when I opened the parcel it was damaged. I immediately responded to Groupon on Friday the 13th of February. They responded back the following week on the 18th of Feb that they have asked their supplier and courier company to comment. I again asked for feedback on the 20th and received a response on the 23rd of Feb that they will collect the item. I asked if they cant send a replacement as they are busy scheduling a collection and was informed they cant. So after buying an receiving a damaged parcel I still dont have the item I ordered more than 3 weeks ago.
