Extremely rude and *********** Billing Department. They refuse to take off my debit order which is my right. Capitec has said that I was to instruct them to cancel it but they refuse to. So now I am charged R86 a month which is incurring me extra costs. Their invoice's never reflect payment recieved. I have asked numerous times for a break down of costs. I basically only owe R374 for one month but now they are charging me in the excess of R1350.00. This shows that they over charge their clients. You are also made to pay over a R500 fee in November each year which is basically for their Christmas bonus. I also only wanted to sign up for a year but they now have put me down for a three year contract. I don't even own the flat that I rent from. What if I want to move? Pathetic company and extremely bad customer service. I don't reccomend this company to anyone!!!!
