My Cellphone was stolen. Reported it and were sent to customer relations kiosk to see if it is there. It was not. Asked for further assistance but to no avail. Just were informed that I need to black list and go lay a case at SAPS. Did not even attempt to view camera footage. My wife phoned later and requested a case number to allow them to assist me with camera footage and only they have time to do it. What is the point of CCTV if it is not accessible for cases like this.
