It should be less Been battling from November last year for them to repair my dishwasher. I have logged about 5 job request and recieved job cards for all of them On the first one a idiot came out and after seversl pjone calls it was reported it were due to loadshedding which I disputed this because the machine is always swotched often and switched on to wash dishes. On the third job order I recieved a message that my macjine have been repaired although no technitian were on sight. I phoned in to enquire about this I were informed that due to rust it can not be repaired. After enquiring about this it was found that it was a another dishwasher at a different adress. A technician came out after a new call were logged. He said the element needs to be changed. I sent him the job card and serial number as requested only to be informed the job card have been closed. I created a new job card sent it nothing happened. Eventialy 4 Septemper the machine have been picked up. Phoned again on 10 October for the upteenth time and al ways I get the answer they are waiting for spare parts. It always being esculatted to management and the supplier. Do not know who the supplier is but they should get another one as it seems these spareparts are imported from the North Pole and made by ****her Christmas pnce a year. It is totaly redicules. Their service is very poor and I starting to think they take your money and looks for excuses not to give any service in return.
Extremely poor service. Recieved a phone call at 17h05 to inform me of an alarm activation. Phoned at 17h28 to request feedback. Were lied to that armed response was nearly there. Phoned again at 17h55 for feedback but no feed back were given. Loadshedding got the blame. Told they will send someone out. My next door neighbour were waiting for about an hour with the key to grant them access but no one have arrived yet. Totally unexeptable. Pay my monthly subscription to get no service as by the time they arrive someone could have been killed or the house ransacked.
I have opened a new contract for a laptop woth MTN. The courier company DSV came to deliver said package to me. At this stage I was only informed that I need to be fingerprint me to confirm my identity. I have been for chemotheraphy last year which can occasionaly cause problems when ever my finger print needs to be read Allas I failed and the package was returned The second time DSV came to deliver auhtentacicity could not be done due to technical error on their side. By implication I would never recieve my package unless my identity could be verified. This problem also seems to be occuring instore as per one of your managers How can you assist me to recieve my package asap as I am highly disappointed seeing I have 3 contracts with you and have never needed to go this all this drama ever. You are about to loose customers because of this. I would wish to know what interem meseure you have put inplace to assist customers with the same predicement as me. This is really turning into a nightmare and disappointing for a customer of 20 plus years. I need this laptop for work.
Battleing for 20 days to get my wifes cellphone 0849492351 to use mobile data. I deem this extemely poor service. After several Emails and phonecalls still not resolved. I wonder if their technical department knows how to fix the problem. To make matters worse it is the 3rd time this year we have experienced poor service from Cell C regarding connectivity. On both previous occasians no phone calls or SMS could be sent or recieved. May I cancell my contract with Cell C if they cannot or will not provide the services I am paying for as I deem them in breach of contract. Absolutelly atrocious the level of service and incompetance of Cell C.
Can not access my mobile data on my phone even if I have sufficient data. It is about the 3 or 4 time I am experiencing network isues. The call centre is of no use as they are predominantly not capable of assisting you. Absolutely unacceptable and atrocious service and customer service. Would not recommend CellC as service provider.
Found that my phone was stolen in N1 City Mall. After searching my last steps I asked a gentleman at Clicks N1 City Mall if there was a phone that I could use to phone my wife to inform her. He offered his own phone to assist me. He took me to their security office where the staff took me through the footage and even allowed me to phone my number using their private phones. Although we did not find it it was great to see that they cared to assist me.
My Cellphone was stolen. Reported it and were sent to customer relations kiosk to see if it is there. It was not. Asked for further assistance but to no avail. Just were informed that I need to black list and go lay a case at SAPS. Did not even attempt to view camera footage. My wife phoned later and requested a case number to allow them to assist me with camera footage and only they have time to do it. What is the point of CCTV if it is not accessible for cases like this.
3rd time in 6 months I cannot send or recieve SMS nor recieve phone calls. Totally unacceptable at the moment. If they cannot deliver service to number 0849492351 than I am thinking of cancelling of service with no costto me as this is breach of contract.
2 times in 3 months I have lost connectivity on my Cell C contract phone. Cannot receive phone calls nor make or receive sms. The previous time we waited 3 to 4 weeks to resolve the problem. The user makes use of public transportation and therefore need to be reachable at all times. Absolutely unacceptable and poor service from them. Tried at least 10 times to speak to the technical dept but to be cutt off everytime. This cannot occur every 2nd month and deem this as breach of contract because I am not recieving what I am paying for.
