We have been dealing with N1 supplies for some time. There customer service is terrible, people are rude and lack knowledge common courtesy of how to deal with paying customers. There are great alternatives we have started to use that treat there customers well and offer much better service and better prices.

I'm truly disappointed with how the Gauteng branch handled the misfortune that took us off our budget a few months ago. To cut a long story short, I had car accident with one of their drivers on a driveway of a shopping complex. He took off without checking if the driveway was clear and reversed on me as I was about to drive pass him in the parking lot. Instead of owning up to mistake he committed he drew up a statement with false allegations to help him cover his skin. He's line manager had no sense of urgency whatsoever because I was the one making numerous follow ups about the matter. We're on the third month since the incident took place and all I got was an email informing me that their waiting for a claim form for the third party claim. I really expected better for a company of their calibre
