I'm truly disappointed with how the Gauteng branch handled the misfortune that took us off our budget a few months ago. To cut a long story short, I had car accident with one of their drivers on a driveway of a shopping complex. He took off without checking if the driveway was clear and reversed on me as I was about to drive pass him in the parking lot. Instead of owning up to mistake he committed he drew up a statement with false allegations to help him cover his skin. He's line manager had no sense of urgency whatsoever because I was the one making numerous follow ups about the matter. We're on the third month since the incident took place and all I got was an email informing me that their waiting for a claim form for the third party claim.
I really expected better for a company of their calibre
