Stay away

Extremely disappointed with my experience at N4 Auto Craft. The repairs to my vehicle took far longer than initially communicated, and at no point did anyone bother to communicate delays or provide updates. I had to constantly follow up myself just to get basic information.

To make matters worse, when I finally collected the vehicle, I noticed the rearview camera had been damaged during their time with it. I immediately brought this to their attention, but they outright refused to take any responsibility.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction — I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle to N4 Auto Craft.
