Absolutely no service
Been trying to contact them for the past 3 days. I have 7 number already, but they keep referring me to 0112061143 and 0112061073. There is no answer at these two numbers and everyone else keeps telling me that if I need a reprint of a Trade Certificate then these two offices are the only people who would be able to assist. I do not think these people are employed there .

Absolutely no service

waiting over a year for my trade test certificate to be issued
i have been waiting for my trade test certificate for over a year now i have lost 3 job oppprtunities due to this....i wish to take legal action but i would really like to know what is the hold up and if it can be sorted out with immediate effect they claim that you receive yout certificates within 21 days but clearly its lies....i am at wits end and completely helpless with trying to get a hold of them as well as QCTO...its like nobody cares because it does not affect them but this is my future and career at stake....please could someone assist me .

NAMB answer your phones and serve your people
I have applied for ARTISAN ASSESSMENT PRACTITIONER -Trade test Assessor. I have been denied this registration due to the fact that I am not in possession of a trade test certificate. I lost my trade test certificate that was issued to me in 1985 after we did our Masters certificate under jurisdiction of the ITB. One of the qualification required for this registration is a registration from Service Seta as a Constituent Assesor I have been registered for this and service Seta accepted my Masters certificate. There seems to be confusion between Service Seta and NAMB. NOBODY ANSWERS ANY PHONES AT NAMB. I have a job pending at a Hairdressing Academy but cannot start without this registration.
