<div>It's rather unfortunate that the hotel general manager John it rather unprofessional and accused me of threathening him and his staff. After making a reservation for breakfast and the next persons to get a table the staff ignored my booking and gave other guests a table. I brought this to the attention of the GM John proof of SMS can be provided he ignored me and my wife.
I then contacted the operations director and got no response I wrote to the CEO and recieved a reply accusing me of threathening his staff and that the hotel followed the booking system which is incorrectly.
I called John how was as usual unrespectful started screaming at me and accusing me of all sorts of things when my wife tried to speak to him he cut the phone. It's unacceptable to hear him abusive a d swearing at me we had to check out if the hotel due to our safety.
I also asked him to provide the camera footage with regards to him claiming I walked away when he offered me a table for breakfast he refused. Another lie
