We secured the service of appliancerepair. Co.za also trading as alliancerepairs247. Co.za in November 2020 to repair to My washing machine which was making a huge noise. The company sent out a technician to access the work. If you don't approve the work you pay a fee, so I was forced to accept the quote. The technician Siphosi performed the repairs, which I questioned him as to the parts he used, he confirmed to me that it was genuine manufacturer part, which I now find out is not the case. Two months later we have the same issue. I called the company on Monday they told be a technician will call which he did, an appointment was made for the next morning, i.e. Tuesday he never arrived. I called him afyerb17:00 and was told he is 10 minutes away, 10 minutes later I get a call asking if he came the next morning. I agreed. He arrive after 14:00 and after I called him. He checked and said that the bearings are faulty and needs to be replaced he would get the bearings in the next morning and will do the repairs, again he never came I called him he mentioned he is in Pretoria to collect the bearings and thereafter he will come he never arrived. I called him and told that the supplier Apolo bearing which he claimes is in Pretoria you place an order and collect the next day. Apolo bearings is based in Johannesburg Turfontien another lie. After speaking to the technician this evening he now changes his story that the bearings are bought from a third party cannot provide a name. Asked for the business owners number he was unable to provide cannot remember but promised to what's app it to me. What this company advertises on the web and reality it two different issue. The techician failed to contact me and says he only contacts his clients in the evening even if he made a promise to arrive and does not arrive. The technician tells me that they get many hellopeter complains daily and it means nothing to them. He also says that from the first day I was difficult client. I don't recommend this company. I want my money back and rather go elsewhere
Absolutely pathetic, booked a car paid the deposit using my wife's card, no issues with me as the regular driver. On picking up the car I am told that because we paying with my wife's card she needs to be loaded as a driver at an additional charge
Another poor experience call the claims department this morning to request a no claim letter for a tyre damaged caused by a pot hole. The consultant could not assist with this simple request and told me someone would call me. 5 hours later no response and no call back. Frustratinh
Had just a great experience at Bathroom Bizzarre Allens Nek in Roodepoort, a few months agonwe purchased a shower head, it burst, I called the store explained the problem and mentioned I don't have the till slip nor do I have the original packaging. The sales person took my mobile number and checked on the system. He asked me to bring in the shower head. I took it to the store no questions ask and the shower head was exchanged. Now this is hassle free and Bathroom BizZarre has exceeded my expection and going forward you my plumbing supplies of choice. Well done. Great experience
Just visited the Emmarentia store rather disappointing. I ordered one item Killer combo at 12:50 order number 28. 30 minutes later my order never arrived while order after my order number was served up to and including order number 38. When asked about the order the arrogant franchise owner tells me that smaller orders take priority over my order. I requested a refund which he initially short paid and when asked for the head office number he refused to provide the number. I found the head office number on the website called Jimmy's and was provided incorrect details of a store owner in KZN that owner gave me the number of a manger at head office. Spoke to him he assured me that he will get back me to. The store owner is rather unprofessional and did not even offer an apology or try to rectify the error. Jimmy's you lost a client for life good luck
Another poor claims experience. Recently we had a claim for damages cupboards and base due to heavy rain and flooding. The bedroom was custom made my red apple furniture with pedestals, head board and dresser. You no longer can get matching furniture. Outsurance refused to replace the entire set expect for the cupboards and base. How can you have non matching furniture no common sense. Stay away from outsurance endless problems when it comes to claims. Simple dishonest
Yesterday we had severe thunder storm that damaged my aged mother's bedroom downstairs. It damaged a significant portion of her bedroom I called Outsurance which was not a pleasant experience, finally a claim was logged. I am told that an assessors need to be appointed which I agree with. It's really unacceptable that I need to wait for at least 48 hours before an assessors will call me to make an appointment and in the interim my aged mother of 76 years has no where to sleep. I find the claim advisor Jeane has no compassion it's rather disappointing.
I am so disappointed with Outsurance, my elderly mom met up in an accident on Friday, outsurance incorrect towed the car to there yard. Arrangements was made for my car to arrive at the panelbeater at 10:30 Monday morning.ni am waiting for over 3 and half hours and my cat has still not arrived. I called Outsurance but to no avail. Asked to speak to the CEO refused. The issue is that my car cannot be found. The claim consultant Gugu has no idea how to handle a simple claim.
It's rather unfortunate at we a Muslim coupled was denied breakfast seating at a 5 star hotel after making a reservation and booking for breakfast. After 45 minutes other guests where allocated tables that made a booking after us. When I confronted the GM John he was rather abusive and would not fix the problem I than called the operations manager and explained to her the situation no response. I wrote to the hotels CEO and recieved a response and his concluding remarks was that I threathened his staff. Which is incorrectly I spoke to the GM this morning he was rather aggressive and disrespectful he continued shouting at me and when I asked my wife to speak to him he dropped the call It's only respectful to ensure that if you book a table and you next in line you are given the table which was not that case. The lady ignored us and John belittled us as Muslim guests. His conduct as a GM is a problem he accused me of having issues with him and due to our safely we had to unfortunately get out of the hotel and seek alternative axxomodation

After making a reservation for breakfast and the next persons to get a table the staff ignored my booking and gave other guests a table. I brought this to the attention of the GM John proof of SMS can be provided he ignored me and my wife. I then contacted the operations director and got no response I wrote to the CEO and recieved a reply accusing me of threathening his staff and that the hotel followed the booking system which is incorrectly. I called John how was as usual unrespectful started screaming at me and accusing me of all sorts of things when my wife tried to speak to him he cut the phone. It's unacceptable to hear him abusive a d swearing at me we had to check out if the hotel due to our safety. I also asked him to provide the camera footage with regards to him claiming I walked away when he offered me a table for breakfast he refused. Another lie Be careful it's a problem </div>
