Disappointing service
Disappointing service. The owners had over packed the restaurant despite no more space. A 2 seater table was converted into a 4 seater table and when we complained , we were told to have patience in the month of Ramadaan. Very bad service from the owners themselves. Money making scheme !

Raw chicken and bad quality
If there was an option for 0 stars...that's what I would rate this food chain. Last night I bought 2 chicken burgers and a steak roll. The chicken burgers were raw and salty, unbelievable bad quality. The steak roll was so mushy and unbearable to even eat. This is a dying brand unfortunately. I would never eat there again

If there was an option for 0 stars...that's what I would rate this food chain. Last night I bought 2 chicken burgers and a steak roll. The chicken burgers were raw and salty, unbelievable bad quality. The steak roll was so mushy and unbearable to even eat. This is a dying brand unfortunately. I would never eat there again

The Guy there was very rude
The Guy there was very rude. I don't know it's how they treat Black people. Or it's most of us Black people buying there because we are poor..

I will give an extra star for the good service.
Had a decent experience just the other day. The waiter was calling us babes the entire time which was honestly kind of funny. He was obviously *** and gave some pretty good small talk that my girlfriends and I appreciated. The fish was not well-done like we asked, so we had to call the manager who took it back and re-cooked it. Hey, it was really good the second time around, but I was not impressed. I will have to give them a second chance, I think. Props to the great service, but I do not know about the food.

Bad service
Today I was at Alberton jimmy’s killer fish & chips I was not happy with the waiting time, I waited for 45 minutes to receive my JK47 that tasted very bad and it didn’t have cheese what a waste of time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 And the staff don’t even bother to tell you that your order will take longer

Bad service

Stinking attitude
I was assisted by Loveness a cashier at one of your Jimmy's fish and chips Mondeor, she has a very stinking attitude towards customers, it's sad she is part of the face of your brand, I love your food I've been buying there for years, look at correcting her attitude towards clients to match your food.
