I like to lodge a complain about the bad service I had at Truworths Westgate and I was asking help from the Lady Called Lerato . She had no morals. She need to know, no matter what race we all put the rand in the Company. Unhappy Customer.

Hi, I'm Not Happy as a Client. For more than 20 years.. Apparently they say they call me during February to come and update my details for Fica.. Now it's June and they Suspended my Card.. I can't do anything.. They want me to bring, Pay Slip, Proof of address that I don't have.. I don't have any later that comes to my Postal address.. Is it Fair. I can bring my Pay Slip Because I'm working.. Now my life is stucked.. Please help
