A simple thing as updating my banking details cannot be done. I've been on live chat with no response. I have requested a call back, nothing. Do people still work there? Or is it only operational when you owe?
If there was an option for 0 stars...that's what I would rate this food chain. Last night I bought 2 chicken burgers and a steak roll. The chicken burgers were raw and salty, unbelievable bad quality. The steak roll was so mushy and unbearable to even eat. This is a dying brand unfortunately. I would never eat there again
I ordered a new device "Samsung A54" the promo included a Galaxy Smart Watch for an extra R29 which I selected. Upon delivery to my surprise I didn't receive the Galaxy Watch, I called numerous time including Mondo and MTN but no one can assist as to why I did not receive the Smart Watch. I've been put on hold, transfer but no success, can someone please assist me.
Can someone kindly load my payments. I have sent through proof of payment since the 4th of November 2022 and now my services has been suspended...this is really disappointing
My signal has been down for 2 weeks. Signal will come back for 1 day, after that no signal. I've reported it to the support department 2 weeks ago and twice thereafter and not one response from anyone. Very poor service
A deposit was made successfully from my account but my Hollywood bets balance was not updated. I've trying emailing, using live chat but no one has gotten back too me. I will be going to my bank to reverse the payment.
I've been trying to get a hold of FNB fraud for hours, I've spent over R250 airtime. Why is it so difficult to contact such an important department? It's month end, payments needs to be made. Wake up please. I'm horrified by your service FNB.
I bought a Samsung A32 from Cash Crusaders "Florida Lake" branch. 3 weeks later the phone was blocked from using MTN network. I head over to the store to see what they can do for me as a customer. The Manager made it seem like it was my fault because I didn't come within 7 day period. I was willing the pay the difference for another phone but the manager insisted it needs to go for repairs. The phone is blocked! Please teach your managers customer and people skills please. I have been buying from that store for as long as I can remember.
I've placed an order through Mr Price online on the 14th of July 2022. Expected delivery was on the 21st of July. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for an update, I even went to the store but they also clueless.
I purchased a 2GB bundle and its called "Connected everyday" for 7 days "pay once and get a daily allocation to keep you connected everyday" this is a big lie please don't false advertise bundles. I only received data on the day I've purchased it, I didn't get another "daily allocation"
