Bought a fridge, to help him, 3 weeks later fridge not working, owner said he would pay Rx amount weekly and haven't received one cent. Now he is threatening me. Will never do business with him again

After 5 days no delivery on goods bought and paid for, kept sending emails, they kept saying 5-10 business working days. Today I received an email now the delay is 2 weeks - so I let loose and used foul language - getting a refund - why advertise goods if you cannot supply the goods - will not recommend or buy from the again
