STAY AWAY - APPLIANCES 247 / WE CARE
Quick to respond, attend to initial fault but you WILL BE ignored afterwards. Repair of washing machine was returned with a new fault and they have refused to respond to followu-ps.

****MERS - 247 APPLIANCE REPAIRS
If there was a zero rating that is what I would give this company. They claimed to be LG appliance repairers, they broke my washing machine, and still had the audacity not to mention that they broke the machine. They asked for immediate payment. When I realised the machine was broken, I called them to inform them. They kept promising to come and fix the problem. They started cutting our calls. As far as I am concerned, they are ****mers. They go as WE CARE, yes, they care about taking your money.

Beware! ****mers! Overcharged R3000 to service a speed queen- I double paid and have tried to get refund back! Have asked daily just get promises. Have seen a few customers complaining about overcharging too and appliances still don't work! Mark and John - don't touch them!

Bad service and not reliable. Be careful
They fixed my fridge a week before Christmas and it is still broken. I struggle to get hold of them. Now I am sitting with a broken fridge and I paid for it to be fixed. Bad service, I want my money back where is the guarantee they give u. Please be careful using these types of ****s.

Your are a difficult client
We secured the service of appliancerepair. Co.za also trading as alliancerepairs247. Co.za in November 2020 to repair to My washing machine which was making a huge noise. The company sent out a technician to access the work. If you don't approve the work you pay a fee, so I was forced to accept the quote. The technician Siphosi performed the repairs, which I questioned him as to the parts he used, he confirmed to me that it was genuine manufacturer part, which I now find out is not the case. Two months later we have the same issue. I called the company on Monday they told be a technician will call which he did, an appointment was made for the next morning, i.e. Tuesday he never arrived. I called him afyerb17:00 and was told he is 10 minutes away, 10 minutes later I get a call asking if he came the next morning. I agreed. He arrive after 14:00 and after I called him. He checked and said that the bearings are faulty and needs to be replaced he would get the bearings in the next morning and will do the repairs, again he never came I called him he mentioned he is in Pretoria to collect the bearings and thereafter he will come he never arrived. I called him and told that the supplier Apolo bearing which he claimes is in Pretoria you place an order and collect the next day. Apolo bearings is based in Johannesburg Turfontien another lie. After speaking to the technician this evening he now changes his story that the bearings are bought from a third party cannot provide a name. Asked for the business owners number he was unable to provide cannot remember but promised to what's app it to me. What this company advertises on the web and reality it two different issue. The techician failed to contact me and says he only contacts his clients in the evening even if he made a promise to arrive and does not arrive. The technician tells me that they get many hellopeter complains daily and it means nothing to them. He also says that from the first day I was difficult client. I don't recommend this company. I want my money back and rather go elsewhere

Unhappy customer
Charged R 1500 to replace two "thermo switches" on my tumble drier - it worked for about 30 minutes and then stopped heating. 10 days of phone calls (which were almost never answered) and I am going to have to go elsewhere. Their address on Bryanston drive is fictitious !! Very dodgy operation - stay well clear !

This is the worst co to do bussiness with. Repaired my frige in Aug. They had to come back 4 times and the fridge are still not working. They charged me R4000. They do not answer their phone. Give you a year guarantee??????
