Beware! ****mers! Overcharged R3000 to service a speed queen- I double paid and have tried to get refund back! Have asked daily just get promises. Have seen a few customers complaining about overcharging too and appliances still don't work! Mark and John - don't touch them!
Poor service and delivery!!!! Was promised would be delivered on a certain day - never came- constantly had to follow up with branch manager Terrance - No customer care or service offered here! They take your money happily but after that - they don't care!
Payment taken even though confirmation of cancellation. Frustrating Days and hours working on a router, that in the end was faulty! All round bad service from Afrihost - being shoved from one Technician to the next - no one taking ownership of anything - another Telkom!
rs ago Hirsch’s Somerset West: We “dealt” with Clint (sales person) Alvino (assistant branch manager) and Alex (branch manager?) in ordering a base and mattress. The carelessness, level of service, professionalism (lack of) communication was appalling. After more than a dozen interactions and failed undertakings by Hirsch’s to resolve our issues...we canceled the order. The lack of honesty, competence, empathy, commitment and professional conduct displayed by the branch manager in particular to co-ordinate his team and their service can only be described as a comedy of errors and it appears much training/new staff are required here. We will not be supporting Hirsch’s and I strongly suggest thinking twice before spending your money with them. WoW! Painful! PS: Margaret Hirsch you're welcome to call me, not holding my breath though.
Three bad experiences with ZARA! ALL in Mall of Africa - Zara Home and Zara clothes 1- No chairs to sit on if you want to try shoes on! Sat on the center display to try shoes on - security told me to get off very unkindly , asked where I am supposed to try shoes on she was rude -I spoke to a manager just as useless and rude I left! Not accommodating at all! 2- My daughter 20 years old went to Zara Clothes had coffee - with lid on, in her hand - was told no drinks or food and as asked to leave - today saw several people with food drink and a kid with sticky candy floss hands ?? Double standards for some folks! 3- Zara Home - My daughter bought me shoes for R599 size too small - she mislaid the slip tried to take them back they said NO , can't refund , can't exchange and no voucher without slip ! Asked what happens if you get a gift and you need to exchange - NO we can't is the answer! Again manager was useless - we had credit card details from phone - would not even listen - rude and unhelpful. Funny thing my daughter also had to change something at Big Blue, also slip gone a these were together - they exchanged very happily with a gift voucher. Really sick and tired of ZARA's unhelpful, inflexible , rude attitude - they are happy to take your money , so obnoxious !!! Not too many people that can afford to shop here , so those that can, they should bend over backwards and show some customer service - the lot of them need to be trained ! Shame on management to let these rude people work in their shop! Your brand is not going to last! Zara - you need to work on your policy refund program - I want my money refunded ... This is not consumer friendly , this is theft! And its actually disgusting and unlawful!
I have been with Nedbank for over 25 years - have a personal banker that is pathectic - have asked for info , he is rude and useless - Daniel Maserumule.<br> <br> Went into another Nedbank Branch to see what rates are on interest bearing accounts - sent all info todate no feedback!<br> <br> Enough - closing all my accounts and moving!!
After many attempts to call Telkom daily , to get told same thing - technician has been assigned to your case and this has been escalated... Facebook requests with empty promises.<br> <br> I work from home , I rely on my connectivity! My Cell phone DATA bill is sky High - May be I should claim these unnecessary costs from Telkom!<br> <br> Wish we had alternatives - Telkom service delivery is disgusting - No one takes ownership to follow up , paying for a service I am not getting! Really disappointed that they cannot get such a simple thing as to fix a wire on a telephone pole!Shame on you Telkom - you are the monopoly and don't care at all!<br> <br>
Case number : 202crk200915 logged 20th September now 3 November - Line not working - have called everyday to be told it is being escalated! Even stopped a Telkom Van and asked him to assist - saw he actually had our case written down but was crossed out?? Really don't know what to do any more, Paying for a service we are not getting - very frustrated - wish there were alternatives ! Can't stand sub zero service!
