Quick to respond, attend to initial fault but you WILL BE ignored afterwards. Repair of washing machine was returned with a new fault and they have refused to respond to followu-ps.
These are ****mers. Paid for a vehicle in full (dumb of me) before doing proper due diligence. This group has highjacked the name of the actual Claremart Auction group. They are making use of Capitec accounts. I have reported my instance to the police as well as Capitec [Incident# 116919348]
Had an accident on 31/12/2023. Claim submitted on the day. Mid-Jan The assessment was eventually done and the write-off was confirmed. Feb Letter of write-off confirmation received on 08/02. Document collector had no details of what was needed to be collected or for whom and was sent away. Took 2 weeks for them re-arrange collection which happended on 21/02. 29/02/2024 Got informed that the courier was highjacked so I need to go apply and get a replacement NATIS registration document before they will pay me out. Overall, their communication has been slow, appearing to ensure that they can collect as many premiums as possible during the period of their process as possible.
Would like to give you zero star rating but luckily for you it is not available. Have Premium package Due to loadshedding I was hoping to use the streaming service which was working before. This is first time I have tried to use it since the idiotic single device restriction and now it does not work on any device. Did some trouble shooting before calling/Live Chatting with no luck. Contacted service and get told it will get attended by Business Desk tomorrow only, what ****ing use is that to me when I need it now? Called, got asked to enter my ID# and then get asked again by the agent to verify it....***? What a waste. Will start to lok for alternative options and dissuade anyone who asks from signing up for this bull****.

Impression that he only orders very last minute. eg. Have been waiting almost 2 months for the pool cover which was included in the original quote in October. 2. Staff appear to be guys he collects on the corner on the day, except for may 1 or 2. 3. Based on instances where he had no clue where they where, he has no control over them 4. They do not work on a Monday [as per Stewart, because the guys are drunk from the weekend]. Again, an indication of a lack of staff management 5. If you require water, arrange it yourself, his option is over priced
Service cancelled in 2015 but am still awaiting for one of their technicians to come and remove their radio equipment. Despite numerous requests and technicians calling to confirm the appointment, no one EVER arrives or calls to say that they are either running late or will not be able to make it. Guess this level of service is because I am no longer a paying customer? I cancelled the service due to their ridiculous costs and low rotation of patrols in my area. When the alert was triggered on 2 occasions, I was called to be informed but only a check of the front of the house was done. What thief on most occasions breaks in the front?
