If i could do negatives for Nampak packaging, I would. WORST customer service. I have tried contacting them for three weeks straight to no avail. I have called and left messages. They have a submission form in order to get through to them but it seems like no-one reads those.

I WAS SELECTED TO APPEAR ON THE reality tv show Love at second swipe. and i was told that i would get a very new hair technology. the show was aired on the 22nd of November on channel 131 on dstv. on the first day the toupee which costs r32000 was beautiful . i went swimming with it , washed in the shower and after forour days it became very brittle and dry. i TOLD Eric OF MEN GROOMING IN CAPE TOWN HOW THE HAIRPIECE HAD BECOME AND HE REFEREED ME TO gRANT IN SANDTON . I WENT TWO WEEK AFTER THE SHOW AS OT WAS VERY DRY BRITTLE AND HAIR WAS COMING OUT OF THE TOUPEE. FURTHERMORE THERE WAS A TERRIBLE SMELL COMING OUT OF THE TOUPEE THE LAST TREATMENT I HAD AT GRANT WA ON THE 21ST NOVEMBER AND BY THAT TIME IT WAS BRITTLE KNOTTED AND VERY DRY AND THE FRONT WAS VERY DIRTY ALONG THE HAIRLINE. HE CLEANED THE PIECE AND CLEANED MY HAIR. BUT ONE DAY AFTER THE GLUE CAME OFF ON ONE SIDE THE RIGHT SIDE I TOLD TWINCARE THAT I WOULD PUT IT ON HELLO PETER IF THEY DID NOT COOPERATE AND FIX THE PROBLEM NOW THEY ARE FINDING EXCUSES SO THAT IS WHY I DECIDED TO PUT IT HERE

Dear Cuddlers, I have emailed you twice regarding the nappies we have received. Since the 22nd of June I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint, yet you print on your packets to email ********** I found 5 nappies in a packet of 4+ nappies I couldn't use and it was only half way used. I have paid R129.99 for the packet but some if them I had to throw away. When I logged a complaint I didn't receive feedback.... Excellent customer care you guys give!!!!! I am very unhappy!!!!!

Based on their advertising of their new product twinsaver twin ply complete comfort, I went and bought 2 x 18 rolls. What a waste of money... First, the paper is very hard, second, no soft touch cushions, third, no double layers of comfort, it has two thin layers. It costs alot of money for a terrible product. Very angry and extremely disappointed that I have been lied to..

I bought a pack of size four "50" nappies. Half of the bag does not have a sticky tab. So ****ed because nappies are expensive.
