I app**** for a pep account online on the 4 of January 2025. I have not received my confirmation sms and have made numerous calls to Tenacity customer care. Today they asked for all my documents again . What a waste of time and money. Their customer service is terrible.
I have had the most frustrating experience with Mtn. I received a payment instruction through payat and paid my account up to date. My service has now been suspended and they have not received the oayment. I am an elderly person with disabilities and is not mobile. After 28 emails to customer care, I took a taxi to my nearest store only to be told that all they can do is to log a complaint. My bank statement reflex the payment but they want proof on pdf form that the payment was accepted. How on earth do I do that. Nobody can help me and I can't get hold of an agent.

As a sick old age pensioner, standing I long cues and being sent to postnet and back was a harrowing experience. Even today there are no pension. I am sick of not eating and worry. What a bad experience. When will funds b available?
I applied for a quote online and now it is impossible to cancel. I get automatic replies and no documents attached. I just don’t want this policy to deduct ever. Very poor client service
